Return Policy

We accept all returns and exchanges of unaltered or non-custom items within 30 days of purchase from our NYPENN Store either in store or via mail. Please initiate the return by sending us an email at store@gsnypenn.org and we will proceed with the process. Past 30 days, unworn and unaltered items may be exchanged, or the amount may be applied to a larger purchase. Please note that purchases cannot be refunded past this 30-day mark, no exceptions. We ask that if you see you are getting close to this deadline to contact us to best problem solve if you need a refund. As of this moment, we do not offer store credit.

While we are a Girl Scout retailer, we are not the official site and cannot process returns for purchases made on the national site. As a service to our members, we will, however, accept exchanges and make accommodations when we are able to in these situations as we see fit.

Sale/Coupon Policy

We run monthly sales and discounts to help support our mission and also to keep things fun for those who shop with us. These sales do not require a coupon code and therefore can be combined with other coupons such as the Early Bird coupon. If a coupon is necessary to receive a discount, other discounts cannot be stacked on top of this with the exception of a storewide promotion. For example, a troop wants to shop a 10% off sale. They may use their early bird coupon, their experience credits and utilize any other deals on the site that do not require a coupon code. Coupon use is at our discretion, and we may revoke the use of a coupon or sale at any given time.
